How many BOO BOO KITS should we order?
Start small, we recommend you order 15 kits for each participant but you may want to start by ordering 5 kits for each person. You can always place another order if you need more kits.
If you are offering prizes for the top sales people, you will need to order extra kits.
Can we have "Thank-you for Supporting NAME of our group" added to the packaging?
Yes, we can add the name of your group to the packaging at no extra charge. However, your order may take a few extra days to process.
We may be able to add your logo to the packaging. Email the logo to us first in gif, tif or PDF format.
How much is shipping?
Check the table on the COST & PROFIT page for shipping prices. Our shipping prices are very reasonable. The most you will pay for shipping is $20 even on bulk orders.
Our prices include all taxes.
Why choose BOO BOO KITS over another kind of fundraiser?
Increasing problems with allergies, concerns over junk food being sold through schools and tighter school board regulations raise concerns with other products. BOO BOO KITS are a safe, useful product. They promote health and accident prevention. They are affordable to everyone.
What other supplies will we need for our fund-raising event?
Look through our FUNDRAISING OPTIONS for supplies you might need: things such as draw tickets, containers for the tickets, token gifts etc.
You will also need to devise an accounting system for keeping track of sales and kits. When you order the BOO BOO KITS, we will include a booklet to help you get started.
The kits arrive already bagged in units of 15. You may wish to label these bags with each participant name and room number.
Can we return any unsold kits?
We strive to keep the first aid kits as sterile as possible before leaving our facility. Therefore, we do not accept returned kits for credit. Unsold kits may be sold at future bake sales, book sales, parent evenings or sporting events held at your school.
What are your payment terms?
Please enclose a check with your order payable to BOO BOO KITS. The check may be post dated for up to 45 days in advance. Your order will be delivered within 14 days. You should have ample time to complete your fundraising before the check is cashed.
Schools may place an order without enclosing a cheque. Simply email, fax or call with your order. Most orders can be sent out within 2 business days. Please add shipping time from Ontario. Your school will be invoiced and payment is due within 45 days.
On bulk orders of 1000 or more kits, we require a 20% deposit.
Are the bandages latex free?
Yes, all our bandages are latex free.
Can you send us a free BOO BOO KIT to present to our Group Committee or School Council?
Please note: Only genuine schools and groups wishing to FUNDRAISE will be sent a sample kit. Sample kits can be mailed to a school address, church or organization only.
If you would like to receive a BOO BOO KIT to present to your group or School Council please send us an email stating:
- The name of the person in charge of your event.
- The name of your group or school
- Address of your group or school
- An email address or phone number
- The anticipated number of participants in your group
- The date you would like your event to start
Can we expect any extra’s with our order?
On orders of 500 BOO BOO KITS or more, you will receive extra kits. See our COST & PROFIT page for more details.
A booklet of helpful hints and forms is also enclosed with every order to help you get organized.
Special pricing is available on bulk orders of 3000 kits or more.
Our school is FRENCH IMMERSION. Is the packaging bilingual?
All BOO BOO KITS sent to CANADIAN groups have bilingual packaging.
All BOO BOO KITS sent to groups in the USA have ENGLISH ONLY packaging.
